    About the role

    The main purpose of the role is to provide first line response and enquiries support for all UCL Careers users, (primarily through UCL's online enquiry and case management system but also via email, phone and in-person enquiries), resolving queries / signposting where possible or, referring enquiries on and tracking them until resolved as appropriate but, the postholder will also work alongside the Careers Information Team and the wider UCL Careers Team to administer day-to-day use of booking systems and carry out a range of administrative tasks to provide support for the whole team where needed.

    About you

    We are therefore looking for someone with clear motivation for working in higher education and supporting students and graduates with future career plans. You will have relevant work experience in a client-focused environment with an understanding and appreciation of the importance of good customer service and efficient enquiry management plus, experience of administration work in a busy office environment. Experience of working in or using an HE Careers Service is desirable but not essential.
