    Our Risk Management practice is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Norwich office:

    Multinational Insurance Administrator

    Are you looking for a client services and administration position within the insurance sector? Are you looking for a role that will allow you to work for a market leader and offer the opportunity of career progression?

    By joining Marsh in our Norwich office, this opportunity would see you working closely with colleagues to support a range of our businesses across several countries.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Multinational insurance programmes, working alongside the Client Executive, Client Advisor, Insurers and potentially client Risk Managers.

    We offer and embrace a hybrid working model that nurtures a collaborative working environment in the office 3 days per week allowing 2 days per week to be spent working on a remote basis.

    To help ease the transition when you return to work you will be able to work 8 weeks at 80% of your normal work pattern and receive 100% of your normal salary.

    Liaise with multinational clients and insurers to ensure global programs are issued, paid and all documents uploaded to the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.

    Provide a wide range of administration functions across several client accounts.
    Coordinate the set-up of all new clients on the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.

    Assist with responding to day-to-day Multinational client insurance and risk queries with support from the Multinational Advisory Practice Team.

    Track local policy issuance and premium payments and ensure all regulatory payment deadlines are adhered to.
    Maintain up to date contact listing – client and local broker as required.
    Coordinate the issuance of Network policy instructions via the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.

    An interest to learn and develop a career within the insurance industry.
    Be willing to learn how Multinational insurance works.
    in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    Previous insurance or administrative experience.
