    This position will work with senior leadership delivering their learning and development training into one that is linguistically and culturally adaptable to the context in UK
    Adapt the leadership and development training to the context in the UK.
    Own the training schedule and delivery for the Hyve team in the UK.
    Update Senior Manager, Global Leadership & Development on progress.
    Other special projects related to Global Leadership & Development
    Education and Work Experience
    Essential Level 3 Training And Education/PTTLS/CIPD L&D
    Desirable Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or a related field.
    Proven experience as a Learning and Development Trainer or a similar role
    Fluency in English- both written and verbal
    Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
    Proficiency in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
    Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    Demonstrated ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
    Certifications in training facilitation or instructional design will be a plus.
    Ability to follow curriculum and lesson plans to deliver content in a timely manner
