    Process Engineer - Days


    Location:
    Snodland, Kent

    Our client, a leading internationalmanufacturer, is currently recruiting for an experienced ProcessEngineer to join their production department at a time of hugegrowth for the business.


    As the ProcessEngineer, you will be required to participate in the ongoingprocess improvement program, monitoring the processes and assistingwith troubleshooting and problem-solving.

    You will also be requiredto lead specific projects and analyses as and when required by thewider team.


    Duties include:

    • Toconduct and deliver regular reviews as to the current status ofindividual projects.
    • To ensure resources are assignedto complete projects promptly.
    • To assist in thedeployment of Lean techniques throughout the site in alldepartments.
    • To actively seek ways to maximise processefficiency.
    • To participate in ensuring that relevanttraining and development programmes are established
    forthe success of the LEAN tools to be implemented.

    • Toidentify Mechanical / Electrical / Production constraints and bringthem to the attention of the
    Engineering/OperationsManager.


    What we are looking for:

    • Previous Technical Engineering Role.
    • Previousexperience in a processdriven environment.
    • Ability toorganise and prioritise workloads, meet deadlines andtargets.
    • Ability to analyse problems and actionsolutions.
    • Responds positively to the challenge ofdeveloping new systems of work to support a diverseTeam.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Abilityto work alone and in a team.
