    Qin Recruitment is working with an award-winning music school based in London, Los Angeles, Ibiza, Mumbai, China and online.

    The school specialises in Higher Education and professional courses in subjects including Music Production and Sound Engineering, DJing, Singing and Song writing, Music Industry Management, and Radio Production and Broadcasting.

    About the role \r
    \r

    The successful candidate will join their Marketing and Communications Department to manage all admissions activities. They will ensure the smooth administration of the application process and assist students with visa and admissions-related enquiries. \r
    \r


    You will lead the Admissions Team, contribute to team activities, KPI's and implement improvement opportunities as identified by the team, including attending training sessions relevant to the role.

    \r


    They seek an enthusiastic
    Admissions Manager with Higher Education experience who is passionate about the creative arts, music, and education and driven by supporting prospective students during the application, pre-enrolment, and enrolment process.

    \r

    The ability to engage with applicants (both domestic and international) and understand the courses is key.
    \r

    Experience and Qualifications \r
    \r

    \r
    \tDemonstrable experience within a Senior Admissions role in a Higher Education institution \r
    \tEducated to Degree Level or Equivalent Qualification \r
    \tKnowledge of International Admissions \r
    \tKnowledge of student finance \r
    \tExpert knowledge of the Tier 4 visa application process in Higher Education \r
    \tExpertise in undergraduate admissions \r
    \r
    \r


    Schedule and Hours \r
    \r

    \r
    \tHybrid working is an option that includes 2-3 days at home or in the office. \r
    \tThe standard working day is 9.30 am pm \r
