    We have afabulous opportunity for a Construction ProjectCoordinator to join us and play a key part indelivering Landscape Construction Projects across the UK. Your roleis to support the construction project team to successfully deliverlandscape projects from initial setup through operational deliveryand completion to ensure all client and internal requirements aremet largely in relation to quality coordination andcompliance.

    This is a 9 month fixed termcontract.

    Responsibilities of thisrole:

    • Compiling andsubmitting key contract setup documentation and liaising with theclient team through contractmobilisation.
    • Manage thedocumentation flow (upload and output) where necessary on clientdocument management portals to support the Contract Manager andoperations delivery team to ensure compliance with various aspectssuch as delivery bookings staff access HSQE documentationetc.
    • Coordinate clientspecific systems training and access such as Asite ProjectwiseSharepoint etc.
    • Liaisewith the Estimating Department to help facilitate the smoothhandover from Estimating to Operations of alldocumentation.
    • Assist theContract Managers in preparing the Construction Phasedocumentation.
    • Assist theContract Manager in preparing initial procurement schedules andliaise with the procurement team to obtain current best pricing andorderplacing.

    Who are we lookingfor
    With great communication skills andproven experience working as a Document Controller or similarwithin a Construction or Utilities industry you will enjoysupporting projects from start through to completion be highlyorganised and have a good eye for detail.
