- Completing perpetual and quarterly stock check
- Maximizing eBay selling opportunities and maintaining satisfaction score.
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance customer experience.
- Managing the day-to-day running of the Parts Sales team, including workload and people management.
- Managing all parts orders for dealer support, part sales, warranty & postproduction.
- Developing professional and productive relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Experience of parts management and stock control
- Knowledge of social media and e-commerce
- Entrepreneurial flair to identify new business opportunities
- A positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Excellent attention to detail and be highly organised
- Strong IT skills – Syteline, Zero and Unleashed knowledge would be an advantage
