    Description
    CloudStone Education are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented School Finance Assistant to support the Finance Department for a Primary School based in Hammersmith and Fulham on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will assist with various financial tasks to ensure the efficient management of school finances.



    Responsibilities:
    • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses accurately and efficiently
    • Assist with payroll administration and maintain accurate records of staff payments
    • Reconcile financial discrepancies and investigate any variances
    • Support budget management by providing financial data and reports as needed
    • Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
    • Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
      Requirements:
      • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably within an educational setting
      • Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and accounting software
      • Excellent organisational and time management skills
      • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
      • Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures is desirable
