    On behalf of our global client, Red is currently looking for a Technical Operations Lead with strong marketing technology experience.

    Role : IT Project Manager

    Start : ASAP

    Duration : 6 months+ (scope of work is 4years)

    Scope : Working with a team of developers and the business to improve Contenful CMS on GCP

    In this role, you will lead the client's web technology stack, utilizing React for front-end development and Contentful CMS on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver cutting-edge web solutions to build strong consumer engagements. Will have to partner with Global Marketing business partners, agencies and also with the rest of Global & Regional IT (MDS) team to ensure Marketing Consumer engagement strategy is brought to life via consumer facing channels (Web, app) and integrated in a quality way with the rest of the consumer experience ecosystem.

    Required Skills:

    • 10+ years of experience in global website management or a related field in digital marketing
    • Experience in establishing and operating IT Products, establishing ITIL based processes, Release to Operations
    • Monthly reviews, Monitoring, Scorecard and Ticketing systems
    • Experience with ServiceNow
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
    • Martech experience is a must.
    • Familiar with basics of GCP cloud environment
