    We are 2,800 people working within 8 bakeries, 1 flour mill, and 2 regional distribution centres across the UK.

    A great opportunity has been created for a talented Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor to join our HSE team at our Forest Gate bakery (E7 8BN).

    The Role:

    To effectively coordinate Health, Safety & Environmental activities for the site ensuring that all agreed targets and activities are achieved in a timely manner.

    You will be responsible for undertaking and advising upon Health, Safety and Environment activities on site.

    Deputise for the Health, Safety and Environment ManagerEssentialNEBOSH level 3 General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health3 years experience implementing Health, Safety and Environment in a manufacturing environment at an advisor/officer levelStrong working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment legislation and systemsDesirableNEBOSH Diploma or NVQ5/6 Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health5+ years experience implementing Health, Safety and Environment in a food manufacturing environment at an advisor/officer level or aboveExcellent working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment legislation and systemsIEMA certificate in Environmental Management Why work for us and our benefits:
