About the Role Chelmer Medical Partnership has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our forward-thinking practice, on a full-time basis for hours per week. You will be responsible for the financial administration for Chelmer Medical Partnership and Chelmsford West PCN. We are a forward-thinking organisation and you will help to develop the business and ensure its effective financial operation, working alongside our enthusiastic management team. This role will be based at Chelmer Medical Partnership but may include some home working. About the Candidate

You will need to be an experienced Finance Manager to be considered for this role with the following:

Previous finance /bookkeeping skills.

Adaptable and friendly, with strong administration, time management and organisational skills;

Excellent communicators able to work in a confidential and discreet manner;

Able to "think on their feet" in a busy working environment;

Able to multi-task, work hard and maintain a high level of attention to detail, when under pressure;

Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as comfortable working independently.

About Us Chelmer Medical Partnership is a friendly and supportive 32,600 patient partnership with 7 Partners and around one hundred employees based in Chelmsford.
