    Job Summary

    • Technical support and troubleshooting for desktop and end user issues.
    • Resolve helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails
    • Work with complex problems alongside senior IT staff or vendors as needed.
    • Documentation and records of helpdesk activities and resolutions.
    • Compliance with IT policies and procedures.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree or equivalent in IT, computer science, or related field.
    • Least two years of experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support role.
    • Windows, Microsoft Office, and other common software applications.
    • Experience of financial applications such as XTP, Spectrum, Temenos, Born, etc. would be a distinct advantage.
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
    • to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Financial services industry experience is a plus.
