    Description

    Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of laboratory professionals and drive innovation in animal nutrition? Join us as the Trouw Nutrition Laboratories Network Manager and take on the challenge of optimizing our global network of laboratories to meet the needs of a growing world population sustainably.

    As the Trouw Nutrition Laboratories Network Manager, you will lead and optimize the activities of five major labs (the Netherland, Spain, UK, Canada, and Brazil) within our organization.

    Your primary focus will be on fostering a cohesive and efficient network by overseeing the managers and teams of these laboratories as a coordinated entity. By coordinating their competences and synchronizing their activities with Trouw Nutrition's commercial and innovation endeavors, you will ensure that our network of laboratories delivers on the Strategy/Value Proposition defined by the TN VP Global Innovation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Successfully integrating the services and capabilities of the five major laboratories into a unified Trouw Nutrition laboratory team.
    • Driving overall performance of the One Trouw Nutrition laboratory team, measured by improved customer service, enhanced agility, and optimized costs.
    • Making strategic decisions for network and footprint optimization resulting in improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Fostering collaboration, standardization, and knowledge sharing among lab managers to enhance overall performance and innovation.
    • Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained through effective quality assurance and control processes.

    What we offer
    As Nutreco our mission is 'feeding the future.' In a world with limited natural resources, our ambition is to meet the rising food needs of a growing world population in a sustainable manner. Working for Nutreco means an impactful role in an international, dynamic environment with complex and diverse topics. We offer you the opportunity to grow professionally, within Nutreco and the SHV group. Nutreco belongs to the SHV Family with more than employees.

    What else is in it for you?

    • We will offer you a fulltime position, 40 hours per week;
    • Competitive remuneration package with a good pension scheme;
    • You will get 30 vacation days, with the possibility to sell or purchase a limited number of days;
    • You will have the opportunity to grow within Nutreco and SHV Group;
    • Flexible work environment with option to work from home several days per week.

    What we ask

    You possess extensive senior leadership experience, particularly in coordinating teams and managing complex networks. You are proficient in stakeholder and change management, ensuring smooth transitions even amidst organizational shifts. Your adeptness in project management and budget control underscores their strategic acumen, enabling effective decision-making and long-term success. Your adaptability is a core trait, allows you to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to evolving priorities. As a natural connector and manager, you consistently deliver measurable results, making them an invaluable asset to our team.

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in biology, Chemistry, Food/Feed Science, or related fields.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex teams, with extensive senior leadership experience.
