    Description
    Our client is a Global FMCG brand with UK headquarters in Slough
    Management and responsibility for diary management and ad-hoc administrative duties

    • Management of extensive travel arrangements and collate travel itineraries
    • Generate complex expense and claim form submissions
    • Facilitate clear communication channels within the EMEA leadership team
    • Manage diaries including meetings, conferences and video conferences
    • Being accountable for all projects and tasks undertaken. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Experience of Csuite / executive level of administrative and organisational support
    • Commercial experience in FMCG Organisation What's on Offer
