    Job Description

    Your responsibilities include providing direction, guidance, and support to the cleaning team to ensure all duties are carried out efficiently and in line with specifications.

    You will also be responsive to service needs, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement. It's essential to adhere to health, safety, security, and infection control protocols at all times.

    While the role may involve exposure to sensitive circumstances and unpleasant environmental conditions, your dedication to maintaining a clean and safe environment is crucial.

    Key Responsibilities

  • If driving duties are required these must be in accordance with on-site restrictions, speed and statutory regulations
  • Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and safe before, during and after use, and complete relevant documentation within the prescribed frequencies
  • Complete accurate records for company systems including, sickness procedures, quality monitoring, training and staff performance monitoring
  • Liaise with operative staff under your control by way of discussions and regular team meetings. i.e. Performance Reviews, Job Chats, Return to Work discussions and accident and other investigations
  • Effectively supervise, train, motivate, discipline, and ensure the safety, and general welfare of staff under your control in accordance with the necessary policies, procedures including the Training Plan
  • Organise and allocate staff under your control to carry out the cleaning and maintenance of all hygiene standards within a designated area
  • Ensure that the work schedule and quality standards are adhered to in line with the specification
