    In the UK we have 35 talentedcolleagues with the majority based in our London office. You willhave 3 sales team leads as direct reports to you but also managethe whole UK team including thesales team partnership&marketing.

    We are looking forsomeone to:

    • Serve as astrategic team leader who plays an active role in helping the teamsucceed
    • Build and manage a highly motivatedengaged and effective team
    • Identify attractdevelop and retain talented people; build a positive team cultureincluding rewards and recognition that align individuals focus withour company goals
    • Create sales training foryour team to build their skills; coach and mentor themstrengthening the effectiveness of eachassociate
    • Lead an effective sales managementprocess for the team including account planning and dealrealisation performance assessment followup andclosing
    • Lead crossfunctional teams as part ofan integrated gotomarket approach
    • Work closelywith the Marketing Operations and regional Services teams todevelop a holistic sales marketing and services strategy for theregion
    • Ensure all key performance indicators(KPIs) are met or exceeded
    • Implement theGotoMarket plan diligently ensuring its execution and thoroughfollowup.
