    IMG's digital team provides Consultancy and Agency services to accelerate the digital performance of the biggest names in sport. We create and execute strategy, produce engaging content, improve the use of social media and can help you deliver against your wider business objectives. We build teams and select the best technology partners to improve the way digital is used to engage and inspire fans, build brand profile and generate revenue.Endeavor is a global sports and entertainment company, home to many of the world's most dynamic and engaging storytellers, brands, live events, and experiences. The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation through entertainment agency WME; sports operations and advisory, event management, media production and distribution, and brand licensing through IMG; live event experiences and hospitality through On Location; full-service marketing through global cultural marketing agency 160over90; and sports data and technology through IMG ARENA and OpenBet. Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.

    What You'll Do:

    As the leading global digital sports agency and consultancy, we are looking for assistant account managers to work on an array of prestigious clients in the sporting world, supporting the delivery of social media campaigns, digital marketing and insights.

    This role will support IMG's digital services that we deliver to clients.

    Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Generating ideas and then planning and implementing digital marketing and social media campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Briefing and managing social media community managers in multiple countries / multiple projects
  • Managing content production including working with graphic designers and video editors
  • Responsible for content planning and evaluation of results including KPI tracking
  • Audience and market research (primarily desk research using sources provided by the company)
  • Project management and milestone tracking to meet deadline
  • Writing reports for delivery to clients, including media performance and insights
  • Understanding the latest digital trends, and reporting this back to the wider team

    • You Will Have The Following Strengths:

  • Experience working with social and digital media and a perspective on the impact of all leading Western platforms (e.g. IG, FB, X, TikTok, etc.)
  • An understanding of digital marketing – this could be from previous full-time roles or from passion projects (e.g. personal podcasts, blogs, social media channels, websites and apps, content production or commercial)
  • Previous experience in client facing roles or experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders within an organization
  • Experience with content planning, production, and publishing across multiple platforms and channels
  • Excellent editing and writing skills with the ability to devise and edit content for various digital platforms
  • Experience using digital analytics platforms (Google, Facebook, X) and providing actionable insights from their metrics
  • Understanding of social media and all the uses, with an appreciation of marketing, audience segmentation, profiling, paid and content targeting
  • Experience in using creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite,CapCut, etc.
  • A knowledge and passion for sport
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels and, when necessary, present ideas
  • Good editorial judgement, in terms of knowing what digital content is good and why
  • Organised and an ability to meet fixed deadlines
  • Strong initiative and willingness to be flexible in approach to achieve desired outcomes
  • A client-focused mindset
  • Ability to learn new skills and share knowledge
  • An interest in all forms of digital media

    • Working Conditions

  • This is a permanent position.
  • Please note this role will be based at both our offices in Islington and Chiswick Park, London.
  • Working hours are 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
  • May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
  • Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
  • Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
