    Finance Business Partner (London or Birmingham)

As our Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for the consolidation, control, challenge, and communication of accurate financial results across all Business Retail products for our SMB and CPS business units. Your role will involve providing financial insight and guidance to support effective business strategy development, judgement making, and performance management. You will leverage financial data and insights to drive action and optimise product productivity and performance, both tactically and strategically. You will also have the opportunity to provide insight into monthly results and outlook, as well as contribute to the annual budget.     • Collaborate with both Commercial and Finance channels as a Business Partner.
    • Oversee the month-end reporting for Networking, which includes P&L flash and Outlook.
    • Manage the Annual Budgeting process for Networking within SMB and CPS channels.
    • Direct the monthly outlook for Networking for SMB and CPS channels.
    • Contribute to the Product Cost Transformation reporting for Networking.
    • Utilise accounting expertise to forecast trends and guide commercial judgements.
    • Support and closely work with our team in India, offering guidance as necessary.
    You'll have the following skills & experience
    • Certified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
    • Experience in commercial stakeholder management.
    • Background in Commercial Finance.
    • Experience with working within matrixed environments.
    • Ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making and presentations.
    • Experience in Budgeting/Forecasting.
    • Demonstrated high level of analytical capability.
    • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills
