    Logistics Coordinator

    We're currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Videbæk.

    This full-time role offers flexibility among tasks, allowing you to dive into order handling, customer service, sales support, and more.

    With a focus on intercompany coordination, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery of our products and services.

    Managing logistics for shipments to international destinations, including Asian and Mediterranean countries, and handling paperwork for approvals.
    Keeping track of documents to ensure they are accurate and meet regulatory standards.
    Monitoring daily orders, shipments, and internal coordination, including managing contracts.
    Assisting sales by coordinating transport rates and improving processes.
    Helping with data collection for reports like Greenhouse Reporting.
    Previous experience in logistics or a related field is advantageous.
    Proficiency in both Danish and English.
