Are you looking to join a company where training and development is encouraged? Then this is the career for you. We are currently recruiting for a Office Manager to join our highly successful client in the Bingham area of Nottingham.

About the Client:

Our client is one of the UK's largest Industrial and Commerce companies, operating with a network of over 75 distributors and sourcing products from over 120 suppliers worldwide.

Job Role:

You will manage the daily running of the office, which will include ordering equipment, co-coordinating with your colleagues in other departments, supporting projects and undertaking wider administrative duties. All whilst maintaining a safe, upbeat and inclusive working vibe.

Pay and Benefits:

Starting salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
9:00am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday.
33 Days Annual Leave (including Bank Holiday)
On site Gym
Annual pay reviews
3% Pension Scheme

Responsibilities:

Day to day administrative tasks e.g. reordering office equipment
Implementing and organising action plans
Sorting and processing time sheets
Be confident working along side HR and have a sound understanding of HR procedures and standards.
Ensure departments are on top of daily tasks
Be proactive and assist colleagues when necessary.
Office maintenance e.g. electricity/repairs

Qualifications / Experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Office Manager role.
Managing a small team (desired, not essential)
Organised and Methodical.
