    Job Description

    I'm currently working with a PE Backed Insurance Broker in finding a Finance Business Partner as they go through a period of change.

    This is an excellent role for somebody who has a strong background in FP&A and finance business partnering ideally in a PE Backed insurance/financial service/professional service organisation. You will be responsible for managing the budgeting and forecasting processes and automating as much as possible. You will be creating value adding MI to assist in the decision making of the business.

    You will be partnering with the business in growing their revenue and growing their P&Ls.

    This is going to be well suited to somebody who is a qualified accountant with a strong background in FP&A ideally in a private equity environment. You will need to have a proven experience implementing change and improving processes and the gravitas to influence senior members of the finance team.

    This is a great role based in London working in a hybrid model paying £80,000-£100,000 + bonus + benefits
