- Manage month-end routines within the Finance function and handle adhoc tasks.
- Support the business with reporting and analysis.
- Ensure accurate accounting and reporting activity.
- Prepare monthly Gross Profit results for relevant areas of finance.
- Take ownership of key balance sheet elements, including inventory and debtors.
- Provide weekly reporting of key programme and business metrics.
- Conduct monthly reviews of program contract performance (both historical and forecast).
- Drive forecast, budget, and 5-year plan processes.
- Generate monthly reports for the business.
- A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
