- You'll be building, maintaining and owning the Change & Adoption vision and supporting strategy, driving viral adoption of change through excitement and anticipation in line with the overall company strategy.
- You'll be tasked to take the lead in all matters with regard to the management of employees, ensuring that management discretion is used in a consistent manner and that the area follows the Group's policies and procedures including the Partnership Agreement to maximise business performance
- You'll be working with the Insight and Digital Workplace Product teams to ensure that our digital change journeys adhere to our ways of working and are sympathetic to our colleagues needs
- You'll be Prioritising the workload of the team, ensuring that work is being ordered in a way that delivers maximum value realisation for the organisation, whilst ensuring that stakeholders are constantly updated and aware of where their demand sits in the priority backlog Qualifications
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated Digital Workplace technologies
- Must have proven experience in Change & Adoption strategies, best practice and methodologies, preferably with a focus on Digital Workplace type technologies
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to all levels of seniority and areas of the business
- Must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to talk to large audiences with confidence
