    Service Charge Accountant – Colindale

    Location: Colindale
    Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
    Experience Required: 3 years in Service Charge
    Benefits: Full study support, Pension

    About Our Client: Join a prestigious property management company near Colindale, London as a Service Charge Accountant. This is a high-end portfolio that needs someone that has experience.

    Your Role: As a Service Charge Accountant your responsibilities will include.

    • Preparation of draft budgets.
    • Be responsible for the onboarding of new blocks and ensuring all handover documents are received.
    • Preparing Ad-Hoc Reports
    • Reviewing all service charge accounts
    • Supporting team with other functions when required.
    • Preparing of year end accounting packages for accountants
