    Description

    Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency, has a new permanent position available for a full-time Support Officer based in a Residential home in Camden.

    The salary for this permanent Support Officer role is £26,037
    Using SMART goal planning to provide needs led holistic support
    Providing a comprehensive support planning service to customers in line with the department's policies, procedures and approach
    In accommodation-based services, liaise closely with the Housing Management Team to identify problems with Housing Benefit payments, review rent collection, and address other tenancy-related matters
    Supporting customers to develop the necessary skills to live independently, and to access training, education and work
    Experience of working within a supported living service within the mental health sector
    Experience working with vulnerable adults with challenging behaviours
    Experience of undertaking customer assessments, support planning and key-working with a clear outcome focus
    Must be able to work shift rota
    The ability to communicate effectively in writing including the preparation of letters, reports and file notes
    The ability to provide regular monitoring information as required
    The ability to represent One Housing to other agencies and companies where necessary
