- Ensuring effective project plans are in place, regularly updating
- Managing risks and mitigation plans
- Reporting project status to the Change Manager
- Monitoring project leads to ensure delivery will be met
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading a critical PMO
- Experience in larger organisations with head office and 'ground crew' workforces
- Outstanding comms and stakeholder management skills
- Empathy and emotional intelligence required to handle people change projects
- Crica £60k pa. + benefits
- Hybrid - Minimum 2 days/week in the office

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a pillar of delivery excellence within a new programme poised to take the business to new heights.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting business change programmes, with perhaps previous experience in a Business Analyst type position. They need someone with great stakeholder management skills, who is able to support the People Programme Change Manager to delivery the programme effectively.
