    Description

    We are currently seeking a Senior Associate specializing in Products to join our product department. The position is based in Harrow.

    Job : Supporting the Deputy Manager - Products in Product development, MI and Consumer duty implementation along with supporting Deputy Manager - Products in managing and supporting the product team.

    Job Opportunity:

    • Acting as a central point of contact for all product development and consumer duty MI.
    • Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of seniority to ensure the Bank delivers good outcomes.
    • Leading the design, delivery and tracking of specific Product development project deliverables, for example internal/external communications and training for front-line colleagues.
    • Ensures that the product developed identifies and responds to the needs of the vulnerable customers for products and services offered.
    • Proactively contributing in process of new product developing.
    • Working closely with the Consumer Duty Policy team to help identify areas for future policy development.
    • Understanding, identifying and mitigating the risks of harm arising from poor practice
    • Conducting thorough analysis of information and data to make effective judgements.
    • Supports the efforts to build the customer centric culture across the business in line with FCA recommendations.
    • Preparing and presenting various MI for Consumer Duty and other relevant MI of the Products Department.
    • Gathers quality management information from legacy systems and maintain accuracy of data for regulatory reporting.
    • Supporting Head products in day-to-day operations of the Product Dept.
    • Monitoring MI and support in developing business strategies for growth.
    • Review and develop existing and new products to support business growth.
