    Description
    Our client is a large and very well established Tier 1 building contractor in the South Birmingham area.

    They carry out a diverse range of projects up to £100 million across the Midlands including schools, hospitals and large student accommodation.


    Working across the Birmingham region on multiple large projects, You will manage the M&E aspects as well as associated teams, from pre construction stage through to handover.

    You will report to the head of Building Services on all matters.

    Candidates will come from a planning background, having worked with larger and well known contractors previously.

    You will come from a proven M&E background, gained either with a large main contractor or specialist M&E sub contractor.

    You will be adept at managing projects and teams on larger schemes, having worked on projects from pre construction stage onwards.
