Description
To own and manage the delivery for SGT Modules, Package and Controls assembly and test cells, in line with Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People (SQCDP) targets.
To continually improve the department's performance in manufacturing efficiency, reduce product cost, to provide growth and development to the team.
Ensure that products are delivered on time, within cost and quality requirements.Identify investments and activities required to maintain and improve manufacturing capability/efficiency and output for both the short and longer term (3-18months).
Ensure adherence and appropriate Compliance, Health, Safety and Environmental practices are in place to meet company policy and strategy requirements.
Effective team working and good industrial relations are essential for this role.Organise the required resources and processes (reliable, capable, cost effective) are available to meet the groups business requirements for both long and short term.
Support the introduction and optimise the use of digital tools (Opcenter, Tableau, MES, SAP)Leadership experience essential, Management qualification an advantage
