    About the position:

    Reporting to our Senior Manager of Partner Marketing,this position isresponsible for lead generation and pipeline creationto and withpartners. This position requiressolid relationship building abilities and communication skills to drive client-facing joint marketing activities. This team is always looking for exciting new ideas, strategies and ways to embrace innovation.

    What you'll do:

    • Aligncloselywith thePartnerAccountManagers tobuildthe engagementplan forpartners includingrecruiting, onboarding,enabling,andmarketing.
    • Primary marketing liaisonfortargeted set of partners to build and executeco-marketing plans that are measurable, andresults driven.
    • Drive client facingdemand generation programs with partners.
    • Data driven with a focus on program ROI and conversion rates across the funnel.
    • Engage and execute on partner-led events
    • Involvepartners in G-P led events.
    • Coordinate with external and internalstakeholdersto execute joint field marketing campaigns.
    • Manage social media outreach in coordination with PR team internally and with partner organizations.
    • Collaborate with our content teamto provideinput intocompelling and cohesive contentbased on partner verticals and hot topics.
    • Trackingand reporting of all partnercampaignsagainst key business drivers.

    What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business,marketing,or its equivalent.
    • 4-7years of experience inmarketingin B2Band technology environment for small to mid-size companies.
    • Partner marketingexperience inIT, HRIS or enterprise software space(preferred).
    • Skilled inMS Office,, HubSpot and necessarymartechtools for job execution is advantageous.
    • Metric-oriented with a passion for analyzing products,competitors,and market dynamics.
    • Ability to manage projects and make decisions across multiple opportunities and priorities.
    • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills.
    • Meticulous and quick learner with a "roll up the sleeves" approach.
