Account Director – Soft ServicesMidlandsUp to £75,000 + Car Allowance+ Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package A truly unique opportunity to join a market leading facilities management business in the role of Account Director for a prestigious contract with multiple sites across the Midlands.
The Account Director is a key role for the business where you will be pivotal in developing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
The expectation is that you will provide excellent Operational leadership ultimately be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the contract.
In this role you will have operational and budgetary responsibility for all aspects of contract management and customer relationship, leading and inspiring a contract delivery team in delivering fully encompassed, £8m+ annual revenue, soft services contract across the Midlands.
Services include Cleaning, Waste, Catering, FOH.This is a highly successful contract and operational performance is at its highest since the contract went live.
Because of this there is a healthy relationship with the client, and employee satisfaction and engagement is extremely high.Other responsibilities will include;Accountable for the financial performance of the contractEnsure that all risks relating to (SHEQ) safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managedDevelop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractorsEnsure a strong relationship is maintained with the clients, staff, and subcontractors.
Set, monitor and control SLA'sSeeking out potential growth opportunities within the contract where possibleMaintaining a positive and successful relationship with the client will be your primary responsibility.
You will be expected to work closely with the client to ensure a close working partnership is maintained.Candidate Profile;Proven/Successful background running Multi Service contract of a similar size.
Previous management experience gained within the FM Sector7 years + Experience working within the Facilities Management sector.
Excellent communication skillsHardworking & Driven individual committed to the job.
Commercially aware – Sound ability to spot opportunities.
