    Description
    ISG is a dynamic global construction services company.
    Aldgate will be the base but travel within London, regional offices & project sites is a mandatory requirement.

    Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user hardware and software, networked peripheral devices as well as networking software products In line with Group IT best practice.

    Assist in IT network commissions / decommissions on project sites.
    Assist / manage moves and changes within ISG offices and project sites.
    Embrace a culture of continued improvement and quality.
    Ensure that any technical and procedural changes provided by Group IT are followed, working to best practice methodology.
    Escalate any major incidents immediately using the major incident process flow.
    To preserve the security of company systems and data
    Make technical / process recommendations to line management to enhance service delivery.
    Participate in third party meetings and service reviews when required.
    Always present a positive image of Group IT and ISG.
    Planning and organisational skills
    Strong customer focus and build a culture of excellent customer service.
    Experience of 1st, 2nd line technical support essential.
    Experience in a customer service IT Support environment
    Demonstrated understanding of IT networking
    Experience in Asset Management
    Service Now Understanding.
    General understanding of IT Networking.
    Audio Visual (AV) knowledge and skills.
    Experience with Office 365 Administration
    Experience with Windows 10/11 support
    Full Clean driving licence
    IT related qualifications desired but not essential.
    ITIL 4 Foundation desired but not essential.
