    Description

    Are you qualified or nearly qualified in ACA or ACCA and looking for a change? Our Corporate Finance team are on the hunt for a new Executive.

    We are looking for that special individual who can demonstrate strong technical ability, who is able to effectively work under pressure with a variety of projects and tasks, keeping the plates spinning behind the scenes, whilst delivering an outstanding client experience.

    What does a day in the life of a Corporate Finance Executive look like?

    Our transactional services include business sales and acquisitions that can take many forms; trade sales, private equity, management-buyouts, management buy-ins, employee ownership trusts and many other ways for existing shareholders to achieve an exit.

    One day you could be dealing with due diligence for business sales and acquisitions, including meeting with clients to guide them through the process; You could be conducting market research, supporting the wider team on projects, and will have lots of contact at client meetings supporting the team.

    If you are passionate about delivering a high-quality service to our clients, this is a great opportunity for you.

    Have at least three years' Corporate Finance, Audit or Accounting experience, ideally in a Practice environment
    Have achieved or nearly achieved your ACA/ACCA qualification
    Have a full driving license and access to independent transport
    Be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen
    Be competent using Microsoft Office and other software applications

    ~ Salary between £42-47,000 depending on experience, plus a sign-on bonus of £5,000
