    About the Role

    Join us as the Performance Marketing Manager where you will spearhead brand visibility and online traffic to generate leads and online sales through the strategic management, implementation, and enhancement of web marketing strategies encompassing PPC and SEM. Your primary focus will be to sustain exceptional digital advertising performance exceeding ROI benchmarks, perpetually enhancing our e-commerce revenue, and optimizing advertising expenditure for optimum outcomes.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Oversee and implement SEM and PPC campaigns across diverse markets within the designated budget to align with marketing strategies
    • Coordinate SEM and PPC activities with other media and channel plans in coordination with broader marketing teams
    • Enhance conversion rates and returns by fine-tuning campaigns
    • Collaborate with marketing and web teams to enhance search engine optimization
    • Develop digital paid strategies for primary web channels
    • Conduct keyword analysis, audience research, and copywriting
    • Provide comprehensive campaign performance reports to marketing stakeholders.
    We embrace a hybrid work model necessitating a minimum of 2 days per week at the Oxford office.

    About You

    You will possess:
    • Proven background in managing, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns to achieve key objectives, especially with Google Ads (Search & Display), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok
    • Thorough understanding of SEO
    • Expertise in Google Analytics 4 and its application for performance evaluation
    • Proficiency in utilizing keyword research tools to shape campaigns
    • Experience in executing web marketing campaigns in-house or with an agency
    • Familiarity with Shopping and Microsoft ads is advantageous
    This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. Internal candidates applying for a secondment are required to seek approval from their line manager/department before submitting an application.
