    If you love data and finding ways to drive improvements for a growing company, the Analytics & Insights Principal role is for you.

    Partner with Product, Underwriting, Pricing to uncover opportunities and build business case to reduce premium/claim leakage, expand appetite and support profitable growth
    Own and deliver our external data deliverables to reinsurance partner, broker, fronting carrier, and statistical agent
    Collaborate with the broader Data and Analytics community to improve all carriers data & analytics environment
    An enthusiastic professional with 6 or more years of experience in insurance, preferably with commercial or specialty insurance background
    Advanced data analysis experience and ability to identify areas of opportunity to drive growth
    Looker, Tableau), SQL/Python & data processing applications (e.g. Agile, pragmatic, and able to adapt approach where needed in a fast-paced business

    We expect our SBers to connect in their hubs at least four times a month.
