    Deine Aufgaben
    Du konzipierst und koordinierst die Weiterentwicklung sowohl unserer eCommerce Plattform als auch unserer digitalen Infrastruktur mit.
    Fokus auf Kundenbetreuung und Reklamation
    Als Product Owner ist es deine Rolle, zwischen der Technik und dem Management zu vermitteln, Erwartungen sowie Ziele zu
    transportieren und Anforderungen zu klären.
    Du pflegst und überwachst den Product Backlog und hilfst bei Fragen weiter.
    Die Qualität der Entwicklung steht für dich im Vordergrund. Diese stellst du sicher durch Testing, dem Koordinieren von Feedback-schleifen und der Organisation von Freigaben.
    In unserem multifunktionalem Team aus Entwicklern, Cloud Engineers, Designern und Testern entwickelst du unseren Shop kontinuierlich weiter.
    Neue Möglichkeiten verfolgst du mit Interesse und bringst diese, wenn sinnvoll, in die Projekte mit ein.
    Dein Profil
    Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Projekten, optimalerweise im Webbereich, sammeln können.
    Projekte mit KI Elementen hast du bereits geleitet und kannst uns auf dem Weg dorthin fachlich unterstützen.
    Scrum ist deine Muttersprache, Kanban lediglich ein anderer Dialekt und Iterationen der ganz normale Satzbau.
    Kundenkontakt liegt dir im Blut und du bist motiviert dich in die bestehenden Prozesse einzuarbeiten und diese, mit einem Blick über den Tellerrand hinaus, weiterzuentwickeln.
    Auftragsbetreuung, Reklamationsabwicklung und Kunden-kommunikation sind für dich nicht neu, optimalerweise hast du in einigen dieser Bereiche bereits fundierte Erfahrungen gesammelt.
    Die digitale Toolwelt (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zendesk, Zoom usw.) kennst du bereits aus dem beruflichen Alltag.
    Du überzeugst durch deine transparente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und verhandlungssicherem Englisch.
    Gegenüber deinen Stakeholdern agierst du stets service- und lösungsorientiert.
    Planung und Priorisierung sind gewohntes Handwerkszeug, komplexe Sachverhalte Alltag.
    Du bist teamorientiert, deine Arbeitsstruktur ermöglicht deinen Teammitgliedern sowie Stakeholdern benötigte Einblicke und du bist in der Lage deine Konzepte und Herangehensweisen zu vertreten.
    Du fühlst dich ebenso wohl in technischen Debatten, wie in Business-Meetings und kannst zwischen beiden Welten vermitteln.
