    Process Capability Partner, Cambridge

    Within this role you will enable Process owners to design efficient and effective processes by supporting them with process expertise and market intelligence of best practice solutions for their processes. Collaborating with People policy, process owners and business stakeholders to ensure that outcomes are aligned with and support strategic goals. Acting as a subject matter expert for policy and process governance, and quality issues, working closely with the People function process owners to address these ensuring engagement of stakeholders at the right time to create a transparent and clear structure for process creation and improvements.

    Responsibilities

    1. Work with Process owners to ensure compliance with governance framework.
    2. Implement and use the governance and improvement framework when working on process upgrades and improvements.
    3. Ensure quality standards can be measured and are maintained when designing processes.
    4. Use business process tools to document process flows per APQC process taxonomy.
    5. Work across business customers to facilitate, develop and document end to end processes utilizing business process tools and techniques.
    6. Collaborate with key cross-functional partners periodically to identify, influence and recommend impactful process solutions and identify any risk.
    7. Ensure that process configuration within HR systems across the function are aligned to Policy rules, appropriate regulations, and best practice

    Be a trusted advisor and provide guidance and recommendations as an SME.

    1. Use measurement outcomes and outputs of process improvement initiatives to inform direction.
    2. Design optimal HR business solutions that deliver employee centric outcomes as well as scale and efficiency within the enterprise.
    3. Deliver streamlined end-to-end processes across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries to bring efficiency and effectiveness through transparency, involvement, integration and automation.
    4. Process analysis from insights and feedback.
    5. Use standard templated formats for all communication and ensure up-to-date documentation of all interactions with all customers for clarity, transparency, accountability, and audits.
    6. Be a Trusted Advisor to all customers and stakeholders.
    7. Gather and measure customer feedback.

    Skills and qualifications

    1. Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    2. Strong customer centricity thinking, understands business and customer needs and can create value and a champion of employee experience.
    3. Demonstratable experience at stakeholder engagement and management.
    4. Strong English written / presentation, oral communication and influencing skills tailoring the content and approach to the specific audience.
    5. Knowledge and demonstrable experience of working with business process tools.
