    CRM Marketing Manager - up to £40,000 - Chelmsford, Essex (Office-based)

    Are you adept at crafting effective marketing strategies? Do you thrive on analysing data to drive business decisions? We are a leading company providing business coaching and training services to business owners and entrepreneurs, looking to appoint an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to our growing team.

    You will play a crucial role in optimising our customer relationship management efforts.

    Your main responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of our CRM strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and helps us better connect with our clients and prospects.

    Make recommendations and define the new CRM strategy to be adopted by the company.
    Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
    Analyse data to inform marketing and sales strategies.
    Develop marketing techniques to drive new custom.
    Build workflows to streamline marketing processes.
    Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
