    IT Support Engineer

    Location:
    Bristol, UK – Hybrid 3+ days in the office

    IT Support Engineer
    As an IT Support Engineer at Vaarst & Rovco, you will play a crucial role in delivering
    exceptional technical support to our internal stakeholders. point of contact for IT-related issues and will provide prompt and effective
    hybrid environment.

    You'll be joining a team of 4 to support our growing and expanding organisation which will provide you with the opportunity to learn new skills and develop, being part of a rapidly growing tech for good company your work will help support the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy.

    Ensure continued IT operations by providing first line support to internal users via phone, email, in person or ticketing system, assisting users with problems and account setups.

    Prioritize and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, logging, tracking and escalating issues when necessary using ticketing system
    Install, configure, maintain and update hardware, software and assist with network devices including routers, switches and firewalls
    Training and promoting best practice to users on IT systems, security and applications.
    for issue resolution and work with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
    Time spent in a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician or in a similar role.
    Knowledge of Windows device management
    Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business
    Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
    Comfortable working in a small hybrid team with fast-paced requirements
    Develop knowledge of the following software tools,
    Microsoft Intune
