    Commercial Data Analyst
    Hours: 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday
    Holiday: 33 days holiday including bank holidays

    As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will be the driving force behind unlocking valuable insights from our data, influencing key decisions, and supporting our growth objectives.

    As a Commercial Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business insights and identifying growth opportunities


    Customer Insights Analysis:

    Financial Performance Analysis:
    Evaluating net profit per customer and its impact on overall business performance.


    Product Portfolio Analysis:
    Assessing the performance of existing products within the customer base.
    Evaluating the performance of existing contracts and identifying opportunities for renewal and growth.
    Maintaining accurate records of analysis methodologies and findings for future reference.
    Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a commercial or business-focused role.
    Knowledge or experience in the telecommunications or IT industry.
    Proficiency in data visualisation tools and Microsoft Excel.
    Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
