    Us:
    Fast-growing startup of 130+ people. We are a remote-first team, mainly based in the UK. YC alumni (summer 2019) and Series A funding of 32$m in 2023.


    You:

    a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded individual that will lead the creation and implementation of attraction campaigns, processes, and strategies to enhance our participant pool.

    You will also have experience in growth marketing, operations, and/or project management.

    As the Participant Supply Lead, you'll grow and diversify our participant pool by working with Marketing, Data, and Product teams.

    You'll manage partnerships to expand Prolific's community and use your budget across different channels to attract participants.

    You'll also simplify processes, build strong team relationships, and oversee the transition of participant pool management to Client Services, aligning with our broader business goals.

    Collaborate with Marketing and Data to maintain participant pool health and optimise participant journeys
    Build partnerships to broaden Prolific's community, including with local agencies and panel providers
    Creative, adaptable problem-solving skills
    Strong project management skills to tackle complex challenges
