    Description
    Join our team as an Export Customer Service Specialist
    We're seeking a dynamic Export Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

    Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to both our clients and overseas partners, ensuring smooth export operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.


    Hours :
    Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 17:30 (hybrid work after significant training)
    Coordinate vendor collections and optimize logistics operations for efficiency.
    Utilize Tango systems to generate shipping documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
    Prepare export entries in accordance with UK HMRC regulations to maintain compliance.
    Handle job file invoicing and implement cost control measures for financial optimization.
    Investigate and address queries and complaints promptly, fostering positive customer relationships.
    Solid experience in the industry, with a proven track record in export operations or related roles.
    Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and handle queries and complaints from customers and suppliers promptly and effectively.
    Full training and continuous professional development to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
