- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Check stock for PSV solutions to satisfy client requirements
- Produce price and delivery to issue to Market Place to satisfy Client requirements
- Complete Technical and Commercial review of supplier quotations to ensure compliance with Client requirements and specifications
- Produce Sales Quotations to Client for all PSV and Spares requirements
- Manage all quotations through to conversion or closure
- Complete Contract Review for new supply activities
- Produce Purchase Requisition for procurement of PSV & Spares to satisfy new supply activities
- Produce Picklist and issue work instruction to Production for new supply activities
- Co-ordination and interface function for all aspects of the Score organisation to ensure all materials are delivered in a timely manner
- Checking and ensuring the accuracy of status reporting as per client's requirements
- Technical assistance and resolution of QA goods in and goods out issues in a timely manner
- Provide technical support to the customer for PSV related issues
- Carry out planning, preparation, and execution of offshore work and compiling of CTR's, initial work packs and approval / submittal of close out reports
- Ensure PSV registers and all client systems are fully updated at all times
- Reviewing client instructions on receipt of product and co-ordinating repair jobs where required
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business Qualifications
- HNC Qualification in an Engineering Discipline (preferred but not essential)
- Systems training
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office package – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- CMMS Expedience e.g. SAP / Maximo / Dynaway (preferred but not essential) Experience
- Experience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the valve industry)
- Experience in a customer facing role Behaviours and skills
