    About the team

    Our IT Service Management (ITSM) team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. As a member of our ITSM team, you will be responsible for managing and improving the delivery of IT services to our users. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

    What you will be doing

    You will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our Servicenow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and implement solutions to meet those needs.

    Responsibilities:

    · Serve as the primary point of contact for all Servicenow platform-related issues and inquiries

    · Design, build, and configure solutions within the Servicenow platform to meet business requirements

    · Conduct regular platform maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance

    · Create and manage user roles, groups, and permissions within the platform

    · Develop and implement best practices for platform governance, including change management and compliance

    · Collaborate with various teams to integrate Servicenow with other systems and applications

    · Provide training and support to end users on how to use the platform effectively

    · Stay current on new Servicenow features and functionalities and recommend updates and enhancements as needed

    · Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement

    What you bring:

    · Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills to build relationships and gain support for platform utalisation

    · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    · Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
