    Job Description

    Application Support Analyst

    Roles & Responsibilities;
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
    • Perform system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
    • Assist in system upgrades and implementations.
    • Collaborate with the technology team on various projects.
    • Prepare and present reports on system performance.
    • Conduct regular system checks and preventative measures.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols.
    • Provide training and support to team members on system operations.

    The Successful Applicant

    Application Support Analyst

    My client welcomes applicants from a range of industries and is focused on bringing in talented people. The successful candidate will need to have experience in the following areas:
    • Application support experience with Microsoft SQL.
    • Experience with e-commerce platforms, web application or online platform support.
    • Experience in Magento / Adobe platforms is a plus.
    • Experience with support desk ticketing systems such as JIRA or Zendesk
    • A strong understanding of technology systems.
    • Problem-solving skills to effectively handle system issues.
    • Excellent communication skills to provide clear technical support.
    • A proactive approach to system maintenance and checks.
    • Ability to collaborate with a team and work on projects.
