    Description

    Job Description:

    You'll be responsible for managing the Technology Programme Management Office (PMO) team who ensure that all work is tracked and planned across the Technology function. You'll also be responsible for driving and embedding agile ways of working as we embark on an exciting transformation journey.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Leading a team of Technology Specialists within the PMO function.
    • Coordinating with and owning the relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
    • Providing and maintaining the correct delivery tooling for the function.
    • Providing management information for the company on the performance of the PMO function.
    • Constantly reviewing opportunities for business improvement and efficiencies.
    • Previous Programme Management Office (PMO) delivery experience.
    • An understanding and working knowledge of agile as well as waterfall delivery practices.
    • The ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
    • Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
