- Follow established sales processes and procedures.
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Qualifying new leads from outbound marketing activities. l Progress new business opportunities, assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including activity reports and opportunity pipelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on progress and challenges.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales.
- Experience in the Public Sector and/or Healthcare is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. l Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
