    Description
    Business Development Manager

    Location:
    Fully Remote (travel required to clients)

    Salary:
    Up to £30,000 + excellent commission


    Purpose of the role:
    My client is looking for Software BDM who will be working to develop new business opportunities through to sale of a range of software solutions,


    Management of sales activity:

    • Follow established sales processes and procedures.
    • Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
    • Qualifying new leads from outbound marketing activities. l Progress new business opportunities, assigned by the Sales Manager.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including activity reports and opportunity pipelines.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on progress and challenges.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales.
    • Experience in the Public Sector and/or Healthcare is a plus.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. l Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
