    The role requires excellent telephone and face to face conducts, a high standard of written English and the ability to multi- task in a fast-paced environment.

    This includes following trust standards for meeting and greeting patients and recording information on the Lorenzo system and escalating any delays to the Patient Flow Facilitator.

    As well as assisting the ward team by request/book hospital transport for eligible patients.

    When you start, you will receive a documented training programme for you to feel supported in the role with opportunities to regularly review your progress with your mentor.

    The functional areas of training, which are all carried out on the patients electronic medical record are:

    NVQ II in Administration or Customer Service or equivalent qualification or experience
    European Computer Driving License (ECDL) or equivalent qualification or experience
    Previous experience of using Microsoft Office Applications
    The ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high quality administrative support
    Maintains the quality in own work
    Ability to treat all employee and other hospital information confidentially
    Supportive of equality and values diversity
    Ability to work shifts (07:00 to 15:00, 06:30 to 14:30, 10:00 to 18:00, 12:00 to 20:00)
