    Description

    Quality Manager

    Location: Sunderland (Site based)

    £35,000

    My Client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to innovating the way companies do business. Specializing in digital transformation services, we assist clients in transitioning from traditional paper-based processes to cutting-edge digital solutions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the RCSA process from start to finish and offer insights to the operational team on enhancing opportunities.
    • Cultivate a culture that prioritizes quality checks and emphasizes the importance of identifying and rectifying errors.
    • Act as the primary quality champion at the Sunderland site.
    • Drive an increased number of checks per department and client to eliminate client impact.
    • Facilitate accessible and digitized quality checking to break barriers effectively.
    • Recognize the significance of effective dashboards and ensure insightful analyses lead to quality actions.
    • Define quality metrics for error capture and establish the link between quality performance and exceptional customer service.
    • Be the go-to expert on customer satisfaction and highlight the benefits of achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
    • Assist in managing operational quality and compliance risks.
    • Establish and update high-level quality measures for all teams to measure, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
    • In addition to these responsibilities, employees must be willing to perform other duties as needed.

    Required Experience:

    • Previous experience in Quality Management/Control in a fast-paced setting.
    • Ability to create quality systems and processes.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify impactful causes and drive effective resolutions.
    • Effective stakeholder relationship management skills at all levels.
    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
