    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in the processing of a large volume of timesheets on a weekly basis, analysing these for any issues and sorting them ready for inputting
    • Data entry of all timesheet hours into CRM database
    • Communicating any issues to the correct departments/customers
    • Assisting in the generation and sending of client invoices
    • Assisting in the processing of the payroll and pension submissions
    • Responding to queries within SLA
    • Printing, scanning and filing where needed.

    Here are the qualities and qualifications we're looking for:


    • Essential 1-2 Years of

    Finance Experience:
    You have a proven track record in finance, demonstrating your competence and proficiency.


    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and

    Other Relevant Software:
    Mastery of Excel and other necessary software is a must for this role.


    • Familiarity with Sage and

    Xero Accounting Platforms:
    Experience with Sage and Xero is essential for effective management of financial processes.


    • Thrives in Deadline-

    You excel under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering results.


    • Strong Team Player: You collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing positively to our fast-paced environment.
